My Morning Juice Recipes

Very Green Juice
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 5 chopped kale leaves (no stems)
  • 1 peeled carrot
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 inch knob of ginger
  • 1/2 a bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 lemon with no skin

Carrot Ginger Juice

  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1 romaine heart
  • 2 clementines with no skin
  • 1/2 lemon with no skin
  • 1 inch knob of ginger

Blueberry and Kale Juice
  • 1 cup of apple juice
  • 5 chopped kale leaves (no stems)
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 green apple
